The hotel staff were very nice .

Our experience was disappointing. We ended up being moved to a very bad room without notice, as the keycard to our booked room didn't work. The maintenance issues were appalling. The bathtub was dirty, and I couldn't even charge my phone because of broken outlets. The noise levels were unbearable.

Relaxing Pool Area with Great Food Options

The Standard Twin Room we stayed in featured a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, an ideal spot. The dining options were impressively varied, with themed cuisine that added an exciting twist to our meals. The air conditioning needed a bit of improvement as it wasn't very effective at times.
